Shipping

All orders ship within 7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Items containing natural ingredients such as rose petals cannot be shipped outside of the United States at this time. Thank you for understanding.

Returns

Please contact us about any problems or concerns you have with your order and we would be happy to help you. Items may be returned in exchange for a refund of the original purchase price and original shipping payment as long as they are received within 60 days of the original order. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Allergies

We have done our best to source hypoallergenic materials, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our pieces are completely free of possible irritants. For necklaces, we are happy to substitute a satin cord in place of the original chain at no additional charge--just leave a note in the comments of your order requesting such.
